The Meadville Council on the ARTS is committed to nurturing the talents of local artists and supporting cultural community events.

Since 1975 the Meadville Council on the Arts (MCA) has been a creative hub for artists and performers. Started as a grass roots organization by Allegheny artists, MCA has developed into a contemporary arts center housing a 40 seat theater, full dance studio, and state-of-the-art gallery. We present LIVE theater productions, films and steaming ART events.
